I am currently accepting most major insurances, including:  Regence BlueShield, Premera Blue Cross, First Choice, Value Options, and Aetna among others.  If I am not on your insurance provider list, you still may be eligible to receive a partial payment for services through your insurance.

It is important to call your insurance provider prior to coming in for your first appointment to determine your outpatient mental health benefits, including the number of sessions allowed per year.

My current fee for a 50 minute psychotherapy session is $120.00.  I will be happy to file your insurance for you.  You will be responsible for a co-payment which will be due at the time of service.  Please feel free to ask questions regarding insurance and billing at any time during your treatment.
