The author does a great job of explaining how the psychotherapy process works by including how to know when therapy is needed; how to find a therapist that works for you; identifying the various types of therapy; how to get the most out of it; and how to know when you are winding down in the process.

A very nice book that is a good crossover for both professional and lay readers.
